About Innocoll
Innocoll is an international biopharmaceutical company focused on targeted delivery products primarily in the areas of biodegradable surgical implants and topically applied healthcare products. We develop and manufacture a range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices using our proprietary collagen-based technologies, CollaRx® and LiquiColl®.
Our CollaRx technology is well established. We have commercial products on the market in both Europe and the US, as well as a broad portfolio of pipeline products in advanced stage clinical development.
The company is privately held, and recently completed a $30 million Series A fundraising in December of 2007 led by Camulos Capital. Newsmith Capital Partners in London and Morgan Stanley were the other participants in the round.
